PROJECT DETAILS
Altos del Encuentro is a project overlooking a large grove of trees, surrounded by peaceful spaces where cleaner air can be enjoyed. Its location ensures a balance between the commercial and residential areas of the sector. Its design represents construction excellence, with spacious dimensions created for daily enjoyment.

For this project, 933 m² of FORSA formwork was required. It consists of 44 ground-floor apartments of 75 m² with small gardens and 44 duplex apartments of 90 m². The socioeconomic level is upper-middle class. At first glance, the structure appears to be a 3-story house, but it is actually made up of «mini» buildings.

The FORSA formwork was designed with basic yet complex geometries that fit together seamlessly, as well as cantilevered sections and well-modulated shear walls.
