Tactical Monitoring Program

Technical support service for on-site personnel training, aiming to ensure optimal performance, best practices, and the consequent reduction in labor costs and finishes.

Periodic technical monitoring service in which a construction engineer specialized in industrialized systems visits the project, generating feedback reports for the on-site personnel, in search of best practices that guarantee performance, proper functioning, and consequently, the expected lifespan of the Forsa equipment.

We provide support throughout the progress of the client’s project compared to the schedule. We assist in resolving specific situations. We make relevant recommendations for improving the use of Forsa equipment.

Forsa Seeding Plan

It is a program created with the aim of sharing knowledge and contributing to the development of concrete wall technology, to promote the optimal use and handling of industrialized construction systems based on formwork, for the construction of mass housing. In this way, we contribute to the construction industry and the country, with a differential advantage that makes us unique and pioneers in teaching the optimal handling of formwork.

This program encompasses different teaching methodologies that provide knowledge to both vulnerable populations with a social impact and users of the systems (construction companies), in order to transmit greater knowledge to optimize processes on the construction site.

FORSA offers two types of programs:

Technical Talks: aimed at construction companies that already use formwork systems from different brands. Steel Fixers School: Option 1: targeted at young individuals facing social and economic vulnerability, who require support to acquire skills in a trade and access job opportunities. Option 2: targeted at operators and on-site personnel of FORSA's clients.
